Row - Row challenge

This is a dual challenge, utilizing only the rower.  It is two seperate events that can be done on separate days, or with a little rest in between.  Record both total times in the comments, and leave a note as to which one was harder.

1) Row 1000 meters.

2) Row 8000 meters.

Happy rowing!

  2. Oh yeah, the setting was on 10. Not sure what the standard is, but I figured it couldn't be more than 10.

  11. 8000m in 34:14. I think I can beat I.V. with another crack at it.
It was awesome though. I am rowing a lot more now to train for the mudder since I can't run at the moment.
